150 Bear Hill Road
150 Bear Hill Road consisted of an update to the building cladding and infrastructure to attract life science and light manufacturing tenants. Working closely with the client, the final design was one that gave a modern feel to a rather outdated building originally constructed in the 80’s.
REIMAGINED CORE & SHELL

The removal of obsolete metal paneling, a fresh paint application, the addition of a new glass corner for optimal views, and highlighting specific spaces with new cladding all collectively heightened the building's presence. Particularly, the newly introduced fully glazed, two-story vestibule makes the entryway stand out prominently against the night sky.

The main lobby, uniquely designed staircase and support spaces were upgraded to meet current standards, ensuring their durability for an additional 25+ years. Through meticulous updates to the building and landscaping, along with supplemental renderings and marketing plans, the client successfully secured an anchor tenant before the completion of infrastructure and exterior enhancements.
