This design for a laboratory, manufacturing, and workplace hub was intended to merge the existing traditional brick and concrete with modern materials, while the façade brings light into the space allowing an interior/exterior connection.

The main entry is an inviting focal point, bringing attention to the modern exterior addition and harmonically showcasing the sculptural interior stair.
