Cambridge Innovation Center
Cambridge Innovation Center planned a project that would double the size of this innovative incubation company located in Kendall Square in Cambridge. In analyzing the project, Studio Troika faced the complex task of executing a design that could accommodate a highly flexible/adaptable configuration of dense spaces that would evolve and adapt to varying configurations based on continuously changing client requirements.
EVOLVING & ADAPTING
To achieve this, Studio Troika instituted a wide variety of conference rooms, huddle rooms, telephone booths, and soft flexible meeting areas throughout the overall space. In addition, a large central café / meeting area was placed at the intersection of two wings to foster interaction and a sense of community between CIC’s clients.
