In addition to corporate office and conference space, the project included an employee gym, cafe, collaboration areas, warehouse and an outdoor gathering space. Studio Troika’s design incorporates natural day-lighting and shading strategies to increase occupant comfort while reducing energy consumption. In addition, the project protects adjacent wetlands via water retention and recharge.
