Boston Beer Company
Boston Beer Company, makers of Sam Adams Beer, Angry Orchard Cider, and Truly Seltzer, acquired a space across the street from their long-term brewery with the goal of creating a tap room, training center and keg cellar to complement their existing operations.

Designing a new space in an existing brick mill building allowed Studio Troika to plan for a variety of spaces which would fold into the historical architecture already in place.
The upper level is home to a beautiful tasting room for corporate training events, along with a classroom space for training employees and vendors.
The lower level is a large keg room, which can be configured for large events and dinners. Together with Boston Beer Company, Studio Troika designed a beautiful connecting stair between the upper and lower levels, creating new vertical circulation which did not previously exist.
