The new Concord Animal Hospital was designed to improve the overall flow and functionality, to accommodate future needs, and to enhance the experience for both the pets and their owners.
The existing footprint of the animal hospital was inhibitive, not allowing the practice to function as needed or grow in the future. The new building not only addresses those issues but takes advantage of the site conditions to provide maximum daylighting to the interior and allow views to the exterior.

On the interior, exam rooms are centralized to create a clear separation between private and public and are lined by a public corridor that faces a courtyard. High ceilings and large windows throughout help create a more relaxing experience for the pets. On the exterior, clean lines and a neutral material palette are used to form the minimal building.
