NuVu
NuVu is a full-time magnet innovation center for middle and high school students and a professional development program for teachers and educators. In addition, NuVu provides students the opportunity to work directly with experts, PhDs, and alumni from MIT and Harvard. With a pedagogy based on the architectural studio model and geared around multi-disciplinary, collaborative projects.
NuVu fosters the opportunity for diverse groups to solve real-world problems in an intensive and fun studio environment. Studio Troika’s design for the center, therefore, reflects and enables that with open, flexible studio spaces, conference/classrooms, and a workshop. The design highlights the open industrial space with accents of hot pink.
