51 Melcher Spec Suites
In preparation for the completed core and shell renovation of 51 Melcher Street, Studio Troika was tasked with designing 4 floors of lab ready spec suites. Aiming to position themselves to meet the demands of a range of life science uses, we implemented an underlying concept of Intrigue, Comfort, and Versatility.
INTRIGUE, COMFORT, VERSATILITY
Intrigue focuses on elevating the design and finish at key nodes to ensure the spec suites stand out. Highlighting the industrial heritage and architecture of the 100 year old building. Comfort ensuring space is appropriately allocated, and acoustics are a top priority in a rigid concrete structure. Finally, versatility is created by utilizing our expertise in the field to make intelligent decisions to allow tenants to quickly adapt the space to meet their needs.
