Studio Troika created a vision for compelling and flexible amenity spaces in the newest building at Boynton Yards in Somerville. The design takes cues from oblique angles that characterize the building architecture and integrates opportunities for local art. In addition, a tapas style food concept, developed in collaboration with a local restauranteur, inspired a bold and bright dining and bar scene.
Sophisticated Spectrum
Flexible meeting spaces with movable walls and a passively lit pre-function area were programmed to meet the evolving needs of different tenants.
An industrial style gym designed to suit both high-intensity workout classes and mind-body workouts such as yoga and Pilates has been envisioned to fit the needs of a wide variety of people.
